Penn Central (Conrail) SD40-2 #6322 shows slight front-end damage after a major coal train derailment south of Bowie in 1982.  The involved motors remained on a now-gone siding in the middle of the Bowie wye until Conrail was able to remove them for repair.    Photo by John Floyd
